TexTESOL is an All Volunteer Organization!
During state conference times, we are in special need for volunteers to help support the The TexTESOL 2016 Conference Staff.
Volunteer opportunities will include liaisons for speakers, registering presenters, vendors, and participants, placing signage, directing participants and other opportunities as needed! Volunteers will be provided with a lunch voucher!
Volunteers will receive perks! Full-time students will receive a $50 rebate on their registration fees. Professionals will be awarded a voucher for free lunch in the hotel on Friday, October 28 OR a gift card.
We will be looking for Volunteers in four-hour blocks:
- Thursday, October 27 (8:00 am- 12:00 pm & 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
- Friday, October 28 (7:00 am – 11:00 am; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm; 1:00 pm – 5 pm)
- Saturday, October 29 (7:00 am – 11:00 am; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm; 1:00 pm – 5 pm)
