The Texas State Intensive English (TSIE) program at Texas State University in San Marcos was pleased to send two of its staff to the 2014 Puerto Rico TESOL event in Ponce on November 14 and 15. Rosario Davis and Dr. Martha Kwon presented “Assess Your Assessment” to attendees in a workshop that encouraged ESL instructors to systematically design courses based on assessments that address student learning outcomes with accountability.
